Duplios Send collects only what is required to deliver a transfer: sender name and email, optional recipient name, recipient email, optional message, file metadata, and necessary security logs.

Uploaded file content is not used to train AI. Content is inspected only for malware detection, validation, and optional compression explicitly chosen by the sender.

Files are stored privately and deleted after confirmed delivery or expiry. Access tokens are not written to application logs.

Analytics do not record filenames, messages or secure tokens.
